Welcome to the new website and new look Cloud Craft! It's been a mammoth job moving to our new home so please bear with us while we iron out any kinks. Unfortunately some of the internal links need to be fixed over the coming days.
These frequently asked questions may help but if there's anything you're not sure of or have feedback, please do get in touch - we'd be happy to hear from you!
I can't get into my customer account
So sorry, we were not able to migrate our customer account details to our new website. Please set up a new account.
I can't find....
We've tried to keep most products in the same location as our previous website but if you can't find what you're looking for there is a search bar at the top of the home page. Otherwise, please get in touch and we can help.
I've forgotten something but have already checked out, can it be added to my order?
Unfortunately, because of the way we are having to work during these covid times, we cannot add to orders already placed.
Where are you and can I visit?
We are based in Reigate in the UK but ship worldwide. We are online only and don't have a brick and mortar store so it's not possible to come and browse - sorry! If you are local and would prefer to collect your order from us please get in touch. Currently we can't take telephone orders.
Are you plastic-free?
We are always looking at ways to minimise our environmental impact and have significantly reduced our use of plastic over the last 2 years. We still use recycled plastic mailers (which can be recycled) to ship our parcels, to ensure that your goodies arrive in perfect condition. If you would prefer us to use paper wrapping please get in touch.
