I've forgotten something but have already checked out, can it be added to my order?

Unfortunately, because of the way we are having to work during these covid times, we cannot add to orders already placed.

Where are you and can I visit?

We are based in Oxfordshire in the UK but ship worldwide. We are online only and don't have a brick and mortar store so currently it's not possible to come and browse - sorry!  Currently we can't take telephone orders.

Are you plastic-free?

We are always looking at ways to minimise our environmental impact and have significantly reduced our use of plastic over the last 2 years. We still use recycled plastic mailers (which can be recycled) to ship our parcels, to ensure that your goodies arrive in perfect condition. If we use bubble wrap, we use recyclable wrap and also reuse any wrap we've been sent.  If you would prefer us to use only paper wrapping please get in touch.
