Super handy stuff - this is DMC waste canvas, which can be used to do counted cross stitch or embroidery onto any uncounted fabric (as long as it's OK to get damp - our 100% wool felt would be fine).
Tack the canvas to your fabric and then stitch using the canvas as a guide. When you've finished dampen it with water and pull it out strand by strand leaving your cross stitched design behind.
100% cotton.
14 ct/inch, 5.5ct/cm.
