WHAT WE COLLECT
When you order from us we may collect the following information:

- phone number
You may also contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page, where we will collect your name and email address and so that we can reply to your enquiry.
If you choose to sign up to receive our newsetter, we will collect your name and email address so that we can send you the newsletter.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
We require this information to fulfil your order, understand your needs, provide you with a better service and for our internal record keeping. We will keep your data for up to 7 to meet our obligations for tax reporting. We respect your privacy and do not share your data with any other companies, except from:
- Your name and delivery address is given to the shipping company in order to generate postage labels for your order.
- All payments are processed via Papal. We do have access to your credit card details.
- Our mailing list is held securely held by a 3rd party service called Mail Chimp. If you choose to sign up to our newsletter you will be asked to confirm your consent to be added to our mailing list.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Your data will be stored on our secure servers in the UK.

We will never sell your data. We would only pass on your personal imformation to third parties if we are required by law to do so. If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by contacting us or emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you. The first request would be free but any subsequent requests would incur fee of £10 will be payable. We would need from you sufficient information in order to find your details (order number, date of order, name etc). If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to Cloud Craft, Units 5-6 The Old Bakery, South Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 7LB or email@example.com. Except in exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will delete your personal information upon request.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
